Homecoming Party Bus Rental in Seattle
CDL-certified driver · Alcohol-free · Parent chaperones welcome · 4-8 couples per bus
Homecoming weekend is one of high school's biggest nights. A party bus keeps everyone safe, together, and on schedule — pickup → dinner → dance → drop-off, all with a professional chauffeur, leather seating, and a controlled alcohol-free environment. Parents organize once, the students get the experience.
Why Parents Choose a Party Bus for Homecoming
Homecoming weekend means dinner reservations, dance venue logistics, and a friend group spread across multiple houses for pickups. Coordinating that with parent-driver cars or rideshare leaves too many variables. A party bus solves it: one professional driver, one route, one accountable vehicle, and one bill that the group can split.
Every Seattle Party Limo homecoming booking is strictly alcohol-free, no smoking, no vaping — enforced by a CDL-certified driver who has passed federal background and drug-screen checks. Parents reach us directly with the itinerary and pickup/drop-off addresses. The students get a memorable, photo-worthy entry to the venue.
Sample Homecoming Itinerary (4-Hour Booking)
- 5:00 PM — First pickup at organizing student's house, group gathers
- 5:30 PM — Multi-house pickup loop (3-5 stops, depending on group)
- 6:15 PM — Arrive at restaurant (Bellevue Square, Kirkland waterfront, Issaquah downtown, etc.)
- 7:45 PM — Depart restaurant for dance venue (school, country club, or off-site banquet hall)
- 8:00 PM — Arrive at homecoming dance — grand-entrance photo opportunity
- 11:00 PM — Pickup at dance venue → drop-off at host house or individual student homes
Many parents extend the booking by 1-2 hours for an after-dance photo gathering or supervised group hangout. We can structure the route however your group needs.

Frequently Asked Questions
When should I book a homecoming party bus in Seattle?
Most Seattle-area high schools hold homecoming in September or October. Book 4-8 weeks before homecoming weekend for first choice of bus size and pickup time. Saturday nights of homecoming weekend fill first — popular weekends (Bellevue, Issaquah, Mercer Island, Newcastle, Snoqualmie schools) often book by Labor Day.
How much does a homecoming party bus rental cost in Seattle?
Seattle Party Limo charges $225 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. Most homecoming bookings run 3-4 hours (pickup → dinner → dance → drop-off), totaling around $810-$1,080 including driver gratuity, fuel surcharge, and WA sales tax. Many families split this across the friend group ($60-80 per student for a group of 14).
What's included in a homecoming party bus rental?
CDL-certified, background-checked chauffeur (mandatory for under-21 group rides); luxury 24-34 passenger bus with leather seating, premium Bluetooth sound, LED lighting; pre-set route from pickup → restaurant → dance venue → drop-off; full commercial insurance. Alcohol strictly not permitted on under-21 bookings.
Are alcohol and vaping allowed on a homecoming party bus?
Absolutely not. Any homecoming booking with under-21 passengers is strictly alcohol-free, no smoking, no vaping. We enforce this with the driver. Parents and chaperones can reach us directly if needed — driver carries the trip itinerary and parent contact info.
Can parents chaperone the homecoming party bus ride?
Yes — parent chaperones are welcome, and we encourage them especially for groups under 16. Adjacent seating for chaperones can be arranged. Many parents do a 'shuttle parent' arrangement where one or two parents ride along to ensure the night stays on plan.
What size bus is best for a homecoming group?
Most homecoming groups are 8-16 students (4-8 couples). The 25-passenger Galaxy 12 or 26-passenger The Encore is a comfortable fit. For groups of 16-30, choose the 30-passenger Club Eleven (karaoke + dance pole). The 34-passenger Kloud 9 or King XIII works for combined-school or large friend groups.
