These terms and conditions govern reservations and use of transportation services provided by Seattle Party Limo and Fun Way To Go, LLC. By booking with us, the customer agrees to the policies below regarding payment, cancellation, passenger behavior, property damage, and service limitations. We encourage all customers to review these terms carefully before finalizing a reservation.
Transportation service is time-sensitive and date-specific, which is why clear booking terms matter. Our goal is to provide a fair framework that protects both the customer and the company while helping every event run smoothly.
Booking and payment
A reservation is not considered final until availability is confirmed and any required deposit has been received. Final payment terms may vary by event date, season, and vehicle type. Customers are responsible for providing accurate event details, including pickup time, pickup location, passenger count, and itinerary information.
Quoted pricing is based on the information provided at the time of booking. Significant changes to timing, mileage, passenger count, or routing may result in revised pricing.
Cancellation policy
Unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific event, cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled service date are eligible for a full refund of amounts paid. Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before service may be subject to partial refund, credit, or forfeiture depending on the date, vehicle reserved, and whether the time can be rebooked.
Holiday events, prom season, New Year's Eve, and other high-demand dates may carry stricter cancellation terms disclosed at the time of booking.
Passenger conduct, liability, and damage
Customers are responsible for the behavior of all passengers in their party. Excessive mess, damage to the vehicle, smoking where prohibited, illegal conduct, or behavior that threatens driver safety may result in early termination of service without refund. The customer agrees to pay for damage, extraordinary cleaning, or repair costs caused by any passenger in the booking party.
Seattle Party Limo is not responsible for items left in the vehicle, delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other conditions outside our reasonable control.
Alcohol, permits, and gratuity
BYOB may be permitted only where lawful and appropriate for the service type, passenger ages, and local regulations. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, including banquet permit requirements where relevant. Underage drinking, illegal substances, and unlawful conduct are strictly prohibited.
Gratuity may be included in the booking total or handled separately depending on the reservation. That will be communicated during the booking process so expectations remain clear.
