How does prom group transportation work?

You — or a parent group lead — set the itinerary and we handle the rest. A typical prom route: pickup at one or more homes for photos, a dinner stop, drop-off at the prom venue, and a safe ride home or to a supervised after-party. Your chauffeur stays with the bus the entire night, so the group travels together from the first photo to the last drop-off.
How many students fit on a prom bus?

Our fleet seats 25, 26, 30, or 34 passengers. The 25-passenger Galaxy 12 suits smaller friend groups; the 30-passenger Club Eleven adds karaoke and a dance pole; the 34-passenger Kloud 9 and King XIII fit a full prom group. For groups larger than 34, we coordinate multiple buses so everyone rides together.
How far in advance should we book prom transportation in Seattle?

Do parents need to chaperone the prom bus?

A chaperone is optional on most bookings — the alcohol-free, under-21 policy is enforced by the chauffeur regardless. Some schools or parent groups prefer a chaperone on board, and we're happy to accommodate. Either way, the group lead gets the driver's direct contact and the vehicle can be tracked on prom night.
