For Saturday weddings between May and October, 8 to 16 weeks in advance is ideal. For other dates, 4 to 8 weeks is usually enough. We do accept last-minute bookings when availability allows.
Yes — most non-permanent decorations are fine (window markers, removable streamers, magnets). Avoid anything that requires tape or staples on the interior. Just check with us in advance.
Yes for events with adults 21+. Some events may need a banquet permit if alcohol is served on board — we'll let you know if that applies to your booking.
Yes — we coordinate the exit timing with your photographer and DJ to make sure you get the send-off shot. The bus waits in position for whenever you're ready.
